Forty cloves of garlic!

Rob needed a fix of garlic after his long trials across the Bay of Biscay last week, so he made one of our favourite Rick Stein recipes, chicken with forty cloves of garlic.
It has a wonderful white wine and cream sauce and the garlic becomes really mild and tender. Yummy!
