Mono Memories

I was tidying up and came across this bottle which I have to say I had forgotten about. There are a couple of bottles of wine which we have put aside and are saving for a special occasion and this is one of them. 
We received it as a gift when we visited Castello Banfi several years ago. It was such a wonderful holiday driving around Tuscany but one of the standout memories was staying on the estate and sampling their delicious wines, oils and grappa.
