The Champions!!

So last night and against all the odds, Slovenia won the Eurobasket 2017 final!!!  There was much rejoicing and celebrating and I joined in with my colleague!!  This is the main square where the celebrations were in full swing - 1000s of people, flags, music, flares and firecrackers - all made for a very happy celebration!  We also had dinner in a fab restaurant and it turned out the basketball team had booked the entire restaurant later to celebrate with family and friends! Other than that I spent the day at the Faculty with colleagues and we visited a school about an hour's drive away.
