Stump of mushrooms

This stump seems to be the perfect place for mushrooms to grow. In a couple of more days there were at least twice this many! The squirrels love them, and the extra photo shows what it looked like after a squirrel raid. He sat on the stump and ate as many as he could, then scurried back and forth and up a spruce tree where he stashed chunks of mushroom for later!
