My lunch walk

While enjoying a quiet lunch walk along the fitness trail I heard a rumbling noise coming from behind me. Looking back I needed to quickly moved as the segway rider zoomed by appearing somewhat more involved in his phone call than the natural environment which surrounded him.

Guess I will have to look up how many calories are used for this exercise!
