To save time, C likes to get all of her stuff ready for the following morning...


Went out again with the Stony running group. Partly because I thought it would be a relaxed, slow run. But ended up running with Andy and, by the end, we knocked out a sub-7 minute mile.

Got the coming week off to do some DIY. As usual, the list might be a bit ambitious. We shall see.
