#9 Gala Casino - Bristol.

The 9th poker chip from my collection is modelled beautifully by the inimitable Guvnor B at last nights home game (bit of a dry result for both of us).

I played maybe ten times at the Bristol Gala when my pokering partner moved down south. Its a nice modern casino built as part of the waterside redevelopment in the city. I had some modest success there, but now if I'm down south we usually go to Birmingham's Broadway Casino, which is the same distance from where he stays, but is like a cash printing press for me when I'm there. I run so good there its ridiculous..

Summary: Not an awful lot to say about the place. Nice enough casino, friendly enough locals. Decent card room.
