Feeling 1000% better now and am looking forward to going back to work on Monday (did I really say that?)

During the last two weeks I have experienced boredom beyond compare. However, the internet saved me. Ten years ago you had to go to the local high street to spend any money. Now, I can quite happily lay on the couch, drink tea and shop to my hearts content...no queues, no bus rides into town, no trapsing from one shop to another to find the best deal. Not now! One click and it's all yours. However, the ease of it all can be one's undoing.

I got myself an absolute bargain and something I never thought I would buy. I brought myself a diamond ring. It arrived today and I am thrilled with it. Black and white diamonds...can't believe I own it.

I am off out tonight with S for dinner....the first time I've really been out for 2 weeks. I shall wear my diamond ring tonight and secretly feel very pleased with myself.
