Thank you for the kind comments about The Wave yesterday.

Today my Mum and I headed to Brixham and hit upon a glorious day, warm enough even for a few hardy souls to be swimming in the sea. We had a lovely wander around the shops selling the usual seaside tat, ate pasties then drove to Berry Head for a cream tea. Diet going brilliantly....
