I love the way chillies go through all sorts of colour changes before they settle on their final colour.
Personally I hate the things but these are Mr CG's contribution to our culinary efforts in the garden. He probably has about 10 varieties of chillies/peppers. I did add 1 this year - a chocolate pepper which is supposed to be a rich brown colour. Although the plant is looking healthy it hasn't produced any fruit yet.
