Erysimum

A friend knowing that I love wall flowers sent me this to make me smile. He knows that I am somewhat stressed at the moment by the work going on in the kitchen. So I have confessed - I did not take this photo.

I'm trying to encourage the person that did take it to join our community as we all know the benefits. I'll let you know if he does.

The rest of the old kitchen has been removed and the new kitchen is slowly going in.

Other than I now can't find anything it's going ok.

After work I've been to yoga where we were practising how to stand on our head. Needless to say I can't yet. And then I've been to choir practice.

I can tell that walking tomorrow will be a challenge.
