#Sculpture - Ravenscraig

I had forgotten I took this photo at Ravenscraig Sports Centre so have replaced the 'last minute' selfie. This sculpture is by Andy Scott (of the Kelpies fame) and represents the steelworkers at the long-gone site which now houses a great indoor football arena. However, it doesn't excuse the ravages and de-industrialisation of the disgusting Thatcher era.
