Foo Fighters

This is Dave Grohl, the Patron Saint of dad bands.

I took Alf to see the Foo Fighters ( Dave's band ) at the O2 this evening.

There were brilliant.

A two and three quarter hour set with no breaks. They played a load songs from their new album as well as many, many classics from their extensive back catalogue.

Dave is a master of banter and really played to the crowd and I think I can say on behalf of the the other 19999 people there that we all loved it.

Especially when Rick Astley came on..
