Field to Fork
I'm interning at a charity called Student Hubs that are based in Oxford.
They're trialling a project with local young people that have 'come out of' mainstream education but have enrolled in a cookery course at a nearby further education college. The project teaches them about sustainable cooking over 4 weeks. This week, the final week, they are in the kitchen learning some skills. Today was cutting up rabbits.
I was asked to document the hacking and chopping!
