Look what I found conveniently placed for a blip!!

Today we have travelled up to Derby for a weekend away just the 2 of us, thought stupid foot would be a problem, but it seems a day of rest was all it needed and I am walking about not pain free but not dragging my foot at all. Always a bonus being able to walk normally!!! Thank you, you lovely lot for the well wishes.

So today we got up here about 1 and spent the afternoon wandering around Chatsworth House, how lovely to be able to wander aimlessly no plans, not having to entertain anyone, no need to worry if anyone's hungry, needs a wee, gets bored or starts pushing and shoving each other. Just perfect!!!

Tonight we have dinner planned in the hotel and tomorrow think we may head to Bakewell.
