Butterflies

Dry morning, wet afternoon.

We walked out to Melin Llynnon (a windmill) near the cottage this morning - the last working windmill in Wales.  We had a good look around and ventured up to the various floors inside.

We bought lunch from a cafe at the windmill and then walked back to the cottage with it.  We then ate, and drove out to Pili Palas where there was a butterfly enclosure.  We had afternoon tea (and cake!) and then entertained ourselves by trying to photograph butterflies, hoping they'd land somewhere we could see them.

Then it was back to the cottage for dinner.
