Watching (Day 867)

After the morning wander up the hill this morning with the woofers, I went out to the shed to do a little bit of carving. Having sent Luke a slate Invictus logo the other day, I thought he might appreciate another few as he seems to be really good at giving them away. By ten o'clock I was packing up the three slates shown in today's extra. They are around an inch and a half square, and each one is unique as I allow the slate to flake naturally. I am quite pleased with them.
Once I had finished packing them up, I zoomed to town to post them off, then trundled round to the bike shop to order a new back tyre for my motorbike. Fingers crossed it arrives before the weather is too horrible.
Back home for lunch with my beautiful wife and then a wander with the woofers at Wasdale. The grey skies were uninspiring, but Mr T proved a great subject as usual. He spent a ridiculous amount of time swimming around in the loch today.
Back at home, I set about drawing up a bit of lettering for another commission piece, before heading to town to do a couple of quotes.
