I was working very close to home today and I was able to meet Hazelina, Mr H and Lyns at the local tearoom and have a wee blether. It was lovely to meet the people behind the blips and kind comments.

I resumed on site again battling through a lot of scrub to get readings.

Possibly after re-lifting something awkwardly getting through a spring loaded door yesterday (L filtting back to St Andres) I think I may have twinged my back again. It was quite nippy this evening.
