Late flower

On alpine, Primula villosa. The leaves and flower are covered in tiny, sticky hairs, hence the name villosa, meaning sticky. Raised from seed this year, it really should have waited for Spring before flowering. In a mature plant there would be several flowers held aloft on a short stem.
