The flow

Painful day today, due of all day headache, which I tried to get rid of by taking a trip to the wilderness of Ruokolahti. This small detail I captured in Myllykoski race. I also took many other photos on that trip and for a moment I forget my headache too. That place is very beautiful and relaxing with fire places, race, river and small lakes and big spruces, birches, pine trees and big rocks around.

Now after laying in sauna and glass of wine after that, headache got away:)
