While my back was turned

Finally, and while we were away in holiday in Cornwall, the sun flower has flowered.

We had a horrendously wet last couple of days in Cornwall followed by a journey home which took almost 10 hours due to a motorway closure. There had been a dreadful accident the day before and a long stretch of motorway remained closed. We weren't complaining - just so thankful to make it home safely.
