We had a surfeit of soup dumplings today, having visited two different restaurants. The first was the oldest established, where they serve a huge dumpling in its own steamer, and you use a straw to drink it. The other served smaller ones, which relied on your agility with chopsticks to get it onto your spoon with spilling the soup. See extra. The goldfish was in the Yuyaun Garden, it is a private garden built during the Ming Dynasty in 1559. In the afternoon with went up the Shanghai Tower, the second tallest building in the world at 632 meters. (Dubai has the tallest). It has the world's highest observation deck at 532 meters on the 118th floor. The elevator travelled at 18 meters a second. (About 40mph). We had a 360 view over the city of Shanghai.
