Choppy Waters

Despite a blue sky today there was quite a strong wind. enough to create small wavelets in the water of the lake. We saw a boat arriving to take guests to a wedding at the Villa Balbianello. The boat was bouncing up and down on the waves while it was tied up against the jetty.

Despite the rough seas we took a ferry over to Menaggio after lunch. Later we returned by bus which takes a more direct route, and so the journey time is much quicker.
