A very busy day...

... has been spent on the latest project, using the library archive of photographs.

The volunteer group has decided to produce a calendar of the 'Then & Now' images - and you can guess who is doing the photographic work in all this.

Today's shot of Harrogate Parliament Street was probably taken around the 1880s. As usual, the trickiest part of the operation was to take the 'today' image without getting mowed down by traffic on one of the town's fastest moving thoroughfares.
