Backstock

There hasn't been much cooking going on at home lately. K's arm is still in a sling and, when I get home most evenings, we're running about preparing to move. Stopped into an old haunt we haven't visited in quite a while. They've done it up a bit, and have installed many more beer taps; obviously keeping up with the craft beer revolution. Like most places, they rotate beers so, in addition to the back stock of booze, they also have the taps for the brands which are not available right now. If you like beer taps, as I do, it's a pretty cool decorating accent. Will this be the next trend after subway tile, on HGTV?
