Our pet

for one day.
Last night we saw that the neighbours cat was running back and forth through the garden. It was a rather strange behaviour and we went outside to investigate.
In a corner of the terrace, we saw this juvenile turtle dove, cornered and in the state of a shock. We decided to rescue it out of the claws of the cat and put it in a box, to let it rest in the shed.
When we arrived back from work, the dove was much more lively. Especially when I took the box outside and stepped back to observe the urge to fly.
I'm not convinced about that, but we decided to free the youngster.
