Peerie Bird

It was a cloudy start to the day, with clouds passing most of the day.  Saying that, there was still plenty of sunshine and a good breeze. 

The day started with the usual breakfast, and a walk along the beach.  After yesterday's excitement, it was mostly a lazy day by the side of the pool.  We've all been for an evening meal and a few pints in the bar.  Early night needed tonight.

I've been enjoying a morning stroll along the beach.  There's never anyone about and have the beach to myself.  This morning I had a friendly bird accompany me along the way, with a cheerful tune too.  This peerie bird is a Southern Grey Shrike, and she seemed fairly friendly.  Taken south by the Melia Gorriones, Fuerteventura.
