Running on empty

9.15pm, when most people are stirring their cocoa, cleaning their teeth and putting the cat out. We were just leaving the office at the end of a thirteen and a half hour working day. Still, it was worth it. I hope.

I enjoyed the last five days rather more. I think I was born for leisure.

My vegan cakes went down well (courtesy of Bakemeister) and we had a tea party for everyone who had had a birthday in the last three months - that was great fun.

Had a strange experience late in the day. Flashing lights and blurred vision. Eye strain I think.

Really glad to be in bed by 10.15 ...
