Credit Where It's Due

I know we all love to hate Microsoft and I certainly wasn't saying nice things when my expensive Surface Pro 4 suddenly started spitting the micro SD card straight back out every time I tried to insert it.

However I was pretty impressed when I took it to their store today. 
The technician said he had never seen the problem before but agreed (when it shot the card out and across the room when he tried to put it in) that there was problem, and one they couldn't fix. 
So 15 mins later I was on my way with a new device.

Now I only have to spend a couple of days re-installing everything :-(

Meanwhile the family have arrived at Ayers Rock in central Australia. 
The extra shows a bit of the excitement as they were leaving this morning.
