The view from the top

We visited the fortress at Falaise today, William the Conqueror's castle. 

The visitor tour is excellent value at 8 Euros. They give you an Ipad to carry around with you! On the ipad you can see 3D 360 degree views of the rooms as they might have been. I also enjoyed seeing all the heavy engineering done to restore the castle... like you can see the bones of the place
