The holy grail...

I was so excited today to discover a shop selling fresh 'shaped' pasta in Basel! Tagliatelle you can get, and ravioli, but how I have craved fresh penne or fusilli.... thankfully the prices weren't that expensive for Switzerland, so I've just had a very delicious supper of smoke salmon, lemon and Creme fraiche torchietti... simple and wonderful. Dorsetb, this might be on the menu when you visit!

Extra is a doorway which always has beautiful flowers.... it always strikes me how beautiful it is
