I got an e mail this morning from 'the authorities'. The threat of Cigs has been raised from substantial to critical. There has been a lack of specific intelligence behind the decision to raise the threat level but there is activity which suggests a Cigs is imminent. 

So keep vigilant; look out for any random spray can encounters and get right onto me and report any Cigs, secure in the knowledge I'll get right in it.
