Kosa uke in Ji’in

Finally back to training today; it’s been a few weeks. Felt great - except for the post-viral fatigue, the dry pollen-filled air, and the 37°C temperature. ;)

I spent time on two kata in particular: Empi, and Ji’in - this being found in the latter, which is a kata I like a great deal. (Not to say I don’t like Empi; in fact I’m getting more and more obsessed with it, after overcoming an irrational dislike from three decades ago.)
