Dahlia Bud

I seem to be getting more shots of flowers these days before or after they bloom rather than when they are at their prettiest, but I guess that's when I find them just that bit more interesting. I thought this one looked like it was dancing in the rain, when actually, it had only just been watered. 

I seem to be running a day behind again.  We have a house guest this weekend so I am not sure when I will get caught up.  Many thanks to Anni who dedicates herself to the Friday Flower Challenge that has become a big part of many blippers' lives.
