First job today was to sort the phone out. Managed to convince BT that the fault was with them, not us, and an engineer is going to investigate on monday afternoon. We do still have broadband but it's slower than usual.

Then some essential shopping. We've been living out of the freezer for the past week to reduce the contents prior to me defrosting it. 

This afternoon I took a wander though the village. There's an outdoor festival on this weekend with lots of organised activities including walks, talks, abseiling and wild swims. For those who weren't participating in the events there was plenty of food on offer ......... I'd just had my lunch at home. I was pleased to see that it was local businesses that were selling their produce.
