Up The Hill, Across The Fields...

My brother, niece and their dog arrived for the weekend last night and as we haven't seen them since May, we had a lot of catching up to do.

This morning my brother and I took the dog for a lovely walk from the house up the hill, across the fields, through the woods, over the beck and past the cows!

We then spent the afternoon in York shopping. As Eldest had been pretty spoilt over the last few weeks getting stuff for university, I felt that after his recent growth spurt it was time to take Sushi shopping for some new jeans and my niece being 13 was happy for some shopping time too.
