Sipping the last of the season
The bees of all sorts and butterflies are sipping the last of the Butterfly bush nectar today. It's lovely to see fluttering butterflies and bees busily buzzing away after the rain and wind of the last few days. I loved the green 'fur' on the back of this beauty.
The rain and wind of Hurricane Jose are history, the sun is out and the air warm. We had a few ting branches down nothing really but dangerous driving in pelting rain. Let's hope Hurricane maria stays well off shore too. The hurricane heartache is never-ending for those not as lucky as we have been. Hurricane Maria is on the move and could be an east coast menace now.
For the Record,
This day came in dark with the sun finally breaking through, a lovely afternoon.
All hands trying to ignore 45.
