That's a pretty clear warning!

A good day teaching kids and teens today, followed by a walk around the shops in the evening. Dinner was at an over priced, over sized serve American burger chain - Five Guys; no doubt one of the contributors to the obesity epidemic here. I don't like wasting food, but there was no one around in the street at 8pm who would've benefited from or accepted it. Not like living in Cairo. There are gardeners etc during the day, but not evening.

My nephew turned 18. A much loved guy - I enjoyed reading his Facebook posts and this is when you question why you do what you do.
