A fine autumnal Saturday with no Albion match to preoccupy me, so I took the opportunity to knock up a batch of good old-fashioned towd in th'ole, with sage and red wine gravy. Plus some bread on the side, obviously. Ideal for keeping warm while the leaves fall outside.
