sleepless and restless nights where dreams offer no solace...

my review was today at the office, and it went amazingly. despite that, they're going to most likely be no merit increase in pay due to the extensive budget cuts...and the movement out of my team is limited due to an internal hiring freeze in the departments...

bad news bears- one right after another this week.
