First Aid Refresher

It is almost three years since I did my last first aid refresher course (just after I'd been made redundant). This time I got to cycle to the course (over the rush hour traffic on the M4) and watch the swallows zooming round the farmyard before we began. Always an interesting course and good to get an update on new procedures. I also got to meet up with an old friend from baby sitting circle days.
