I went for a run around the block this morning - somehow managed 1.5 miles in the 35 degree heat.

I arrived back to the hotel to find the Indian and Australia cricket team having breakfast which meant loads more security guards, police and army were everywhere. Had great fun with the locals putting on a Ozzie accent.
