It was lovely weather today, so we went for a potter around High Ash Farm.  A plethora of photos I could choose from.

Towards the end, we spotted some late flowering Himalayan Balsam.  It really does have a very pretty flower, you can understand why people introduced it to their gardens back in the C19, but it is now widespread in the countryside, and has been declared a "noxious weed".  I pulled up some flowering plants from along the roadside, and took them home to put in the brown bin.
