This is an unfurling Silver Fern frond,a symbol for new life,growth,strength and peace. This is also the symbol on the tail of Our National carrier and the Silver Fern is proudly worn by our top athletes when representing our country. Today the clocks went forward 1 hour but I feel about 4 hours behind. Daylight saving has started and summer is on the way.
