Hormonal

We popped up to Bushy Park today, as is traditional at this time of year, and had a lovely time in the 20 degree warmth of the sun, wandering around watching the wildlife. We saw cormorants, herons, terrapins, various waterfowl, parakeets, swans, fallow deer, and plenty of red deer stags doing their thing as the rut gets underway.

The two pictured were actually just practising, I believe, but they'll probably be getting stuck in for real sooner or later.

In other news, Mr DA's father is in hospital again, having suffered a minor stroke/TIA. He's not in too bad a shape though, and is actually being discharged tomorrow.
