Film night

We had a film night for L's birthday tonight on a friend's roof. It was a lovely evening with a mixture of American, Canadian, Syrian & British friends.

We had to have it a day early because it's the referendum tmw and most expats are on lockdown, not leaving their homes. Iraq and Iran are now doing various things to k'stan in response to them not cancelling the referendum. We shall see what happens.....
