The Moray Firth from Fort George. Gally had a dip and a wee game of stick, and Fred skimmed stones. We had a short blether with an Irish soldier stationed at the fort – he'd run to Ardersier for an orange. He was also mad at the world (horrific scenes from the Mexican earthquakes, North Korea's stance, etc) and running was helping him to bash out the anger.
We treated ourselves to soup and a five-cheese cheeseboard at the Cheese Pantry – so delicious!
