Tarts tatin

This seems to be a new ritual, no 3 daughter showing off her latest culinary creation. Have to say the tarte tatin was very tasty, but very fall-aparty.

I guess this will continue as long as the tree at the bottom of the garden us providing fresh cooking apples.
