Morning after

It's fair to say that none of us were feeling very shiny this morning and our attempt to go for a walk round the grounds was a bit half hearted. Fortunately there were cups of tea, hearty food and comfy chairs at Em's mum's house.

We mustered up the strength to go out for dinner with the boys sitting at one end of the table watching the golf on an iPhone whilst we talked about handbags, shoes and make-up, according to them.

Durham was busy with returning students and under-dressed locals. It felt like it might all kick off so it was a quiet night cap at the hotel before we all said our good-byes again.
