THE VILLA AN DER SALINE

A Jugendstil villa, build in 1902. Today we saw it with the first autumnal colours of the trees.
I was happy to finish the cleaning of the pavement and the stone steps at the side of our house. Piet Hein sweeped the first fallen leaves together.
Then after lunch we we wanted to walk a bit, but the weatherforecast said heavy rain, so we decided to walk into town, and just when we arrived there the downpour started and we took shelter under a big parasol outside a shop.
When the rain suddenly had stopped we walked to the harbour. The heavy work for the preparation of the lock was in full swing.
And we looked at the little photo exposition of the harbour and its history in the Rathaus.
Then we went home again.

So exiting to look at all the entries in the galleries of Silly Saturday photos, everytime there are such amazing silly captures.
